Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, personal-use license. You may NOT:

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including canceling orders placed at an incorrect price. Payment is due in full at checkout.

6. Refunds & Shipping

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these terms. In short: courses and digital products are final sale; physical products are eligible for store credit only if unopened and returned within 14 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brows by Vanessa Tran is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or educational content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
