Refund policy
At Brows by Vanessa Tran, every order is processed with care. Please read this policy before purchasing, as all sales are subject to the terms below.
Courses & Digital Products
All courses, trainings, digital guides, and downloadable products are final sale. Due to the nature of digital content and educational material, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once a purchase is complete. This includes access granted by mistake or change of mind after purchase.
Physical Products
We do not offer refunds on physical products. If you are unsatisfied with an unopened, unused product, you may request store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for store credit, the product must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for store credit or exchange under any circumstances. Professional products are single-buyer items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit is issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
Email us at vanessaworkshop@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship products back without approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
