Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Digital Products & Courses

Digital products and course access are delivered automatically by email after purchase — nothing ships. If you don't see your delivery email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder before reaching out. Make sure the email on your order is entered correctly; we are not responsible for access sent to a mistyped address.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • US Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or customs holds.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or your local customs office. Refused packages returned to us due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, and your mail carrier
  2. Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early
  3. File a claim directly with the carrier

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
